Key responsibilities:
- Addressing customer inquiries, concerns and suggestions;
- Filing reports regarding product problems;
- Regular monitoring of system work, performance and functionalities, perform analysis, diagnostics and acting as needed;
- Researching technical issues;
- Managing and processing customer orders;
- Walking customers through solutions;
- Reviewing product change requests;
- Learning about product updates and new technologies.
General requirements:
- Education preferably in IT, electrical engineering or fields of technical sciences;
- Experience on similar positions is advantage, but it's not eliminatory;
- Experience in a large multicultural environment;
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Jira is a plus.
