We are on the lookout for a Technical Product Manager with software engineering know-how and a focus on optimizing the developer experience. The role will play a key part in shaping the direction of our internal platform services, ensuring our development teams can work effectively and autonomously.

What You’ll Do:
- Product Leadership: Guide the evolution of our internal services as a self-serve product to ensure they are robust, efficient, and cater to the specific needs of our stream-aligned teams.
- Delivery: Ensure platform services and developer systems are built and rolled out effectively.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Forge strong partnerships with stream-aligned teams, understanding their challenges, and ensuring the platform evolves to support their autonomy and delivery capabilities.
- Platform Vision and Strategy: Define and advocate for a platform vision that aligns with the broader organizational goals while emphasizing stream-aligned team empowerment.
- Backlog Management: Prioritize enhancements and new services for the platform with a keen focus on what stream-aligned teams need to maintain their autonomy and velocity.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish metrics that monitor the efficiency, reliability, and adoption of the platform services.
- Develop Experience Advocacy: Champion for developer experience, ensuring that the tools and services are intuitive and eliminate friction for the stream-aligned teams.
- Supportive Role: Extend support to the broader product management team, especially on platform-specific issues or initiatives.

What You Need:
- 2-4 years of experience in a technical product management role.
- Track record of working closely with development teams, understanding their needs, and translating that into platform improvements.
- Proven ability in crafting a vision, balancing the immediate needs of stakeholders (development teams) with longer-term strategic goals.
- High English proficiency, along with superior written and verbal communication skills.
- Practical experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Good understanding of platform engineering, CI/CD processes, and developer systems.
- Experience with building API-based products and services.
- Problem-solving aptitude, able to navigate complex challenges to deliver optimal solutions for stream-aligned teams.
