Technical Project Manager

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our Belgrade team and work on attractive, challenging, and long-term in-house solutions, to organize, prioritize and assess work for our (scrum) team.

Responsibilities include gathering feature requests, scheduling releases, and coordinating sprints. Identify user needs and work with cross-functional teams to manage product releases. Help the company roll out products that deliver our company’s vision.

Responsibilities:

• Gather feature requests and prioritize them into the project roadmap
• Organize and prioritize work for our (scrum) teams
• Schedule releases and coordinate sprints
• Identify user needs and collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage product releases
• Assist in rolling out products aligned with our company’s vision
• Address production issues during sprints and analyze end-user preferences and requests
• Refine our agile methodology based on results and client feedback
• Keep track of industry trends

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in software development, computer science, or related technical field (master’s degree preferred)
• Proven work experience as a product manager, software developer, or project manager with a technical background
• Certifications in project management or related technical fields are beneficial
• Technical knowledge of product functions, software development processes, and project management
• Hands-on mentality, team player, with excellent interpersonal skills, and high self-motivation

• Autonomy in planning, prioritizing, and delivering technical job tasks
