We are looking for a successful candidate for the position of:
Technical Recruiter
(Temporary contract 18 months)
As a Technical Recruiter, you will be instrumental in the entire talent acquisition process, leading the identification, attraction, and securing of top-tier candidates for key roles. Your expertise will be critical in building relationships with potential candidates, understanding their career aspirations, and matching them with the organization's strategic needs. By effectively managing the recruitment lifecycle, you will ensure that we bring in the best talent to drive the company’s success.
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborating closely with business functions to understand recruitment needs and develop effective strategies to meet talent acquisition requirements.
- Developing targeted and efficient sourcing strategies aligned with Engineering Serbia's business model.
- Leading Talent Acquisition efforts for senior technical roles, coordinating with corporate counterparts, technical recruiters, and recruitment agencies as needed.
- Monitoring KPIs and maintaining talent pipelines to support and accelerate business performance.
- Coordinating and actively supporting the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives within Eng Serbia organization, aligned with the overall HR strategy, in agreement with GM Serbia, HR Manager NS and central HR teams;
- Foster positive employee relations and act as a point of contact for employee concerns
- Utilizing Workday modules to streamline and enhance talent acquisition activities, in line with globally agreed procedures.
Technical Competencies & Skills:
- Proven experience in scaling teams and organizations with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Enthusiastic and energetic with a strong passion for IT recruitment.
- Project management experience is an asset.
- Strong focus, attention to detail, and a collaborative team player.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a remote setting.
- Highly professional and ethical in handling confidential information.
- Proficient in all MS Office tools.
- Fluent in English, knowledge of Italian is a strong asset
Education and Qualifications:
- Higher education (preferably in Business Management, Human Resources).
- Minimum 4 years of relevant professional experience recruiting in tech organizations.
- Proficiency in using all social media platforms and methods relevant to talent acquisition.
- Experience in working within a multinational environment is a clear advantage.
- Experience in leading teams is a clear advantage.
