Technical Recruiter

Location: This position is based in Belgrade, Serbia.

We are looking for a highly skilled and driven Technical Recruiter to join our team in Serbia and lead recruitment efforts for Pollard Digital Solutions. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in sourcing top technical talent and drive full-cycle recruiting to meet the growing demands of our global IT operations. What You’ll Do

As a Technical Recruiter reporting to the HR Manager in our Serbian office, you will:

• Identify, engage, and secure top technical talent using both traditional and creative sourcing strategies, including specialized roles such as software engineers, engineering managers, product managers, and test engineers.
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and candidates alike, ensuring a seamless and positive recruitment experience for both.
• Drive inclusive recruitment processes, contributing to our diversity and inclusion initiatives while building diverse talent pipelines.
• Develop innovative strategies to source passive candidates and tackle hard-to-fill technical roles in a competitive market.
• Support the development of engaging job descriptions and postings.
• Evaluate candidate qualifications through detailed resume reviews, phone screenings, video & in-person interviews, and other communications, and connect top talent with hiring managers.
• Promote Pollard Digital Solutions as a great place to work, within the tech community and academic institutions, enhancing our employer brand and attracting top talent through outreach and engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with the HR team, aligning recruitment efforts with our broader talent acquisition strategy and organizational growth goals.

• Demonstrated experience using research and innovative sourcing methods to hire for niche and hard-to-fill roles
• Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for technical roles and assess candidate technical fit.
• Experience building diverse talent pipelines, specifically with engineering teams and technical roles
• Highly organized, self-motivated individual who can work independently and in a remote environment
• An excellent communicator, skilled at building relationships and providing clear, professional interactions with candidates and hiring managers.
• Strong communication skills along with excellent time management skills
