About us

Virtual Blue Agency is a US-market startup working with insurance and annuity agents — lead generation, pay-per-show appointment setting, and the scheduling infrastructure behind it. We're a Wyoming-registered LLC, founder-led, with a small dev team and an office at Belgrade Waterfront.

GoHighLevel is our core CRM, and most of what we run sits on top of it: automations, integrations, webhooks, and AI tooling. It's a technical operation, not a call center.

Tools you'll live in

GoHighLevel (CRM, calendars, workflows, integrations)
Slack — dedicated client channels
Asana — tickets and disputes
Zoom — client onboarding
Our internal client portal and our AI support chatbot

What you'll actually do

Onboard new clients over Zoom — roughly 30 minutes each: set up their GHL account, connect Google Calendar and Zoom
Run day-to-day support in client Slack channels — mostly chat, very few calls
Troubleshoot inside GoHighLevel: accounts, calendars, integrations, sync issues
Admin work in our internal client portal
Own disputes and tickets end-to-end in Asana
Maintain and improve our AI support chatbot
Improve the support system itself — processes, templates, automations. Your ideas, not a script we hand you.

Who this is for

You've done technical or customer support before and know what a messy ticket looks like
You're comfortable inside a CRM and don't panic when something needs to be connected to something else
You make calls without waiting for permission, and you own the outcome
You can juggle a Zoom call, three Slack threads, and a ticket queue without dropping any of them
You use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) as part of how you work — not as a novelty
Your English is solid enough to handle US clients in writing and on calls. It doesn't have to be flawless; it has to be clear.
You're able to come into the Belgrade Waterfront office regularly

Big plus

You can vibe-code, or you have a real technical/dev streak — scripts, APIs, webhooks, automations. A good chunk of this role can be automated by whoever holds it, and our dev team will back you up when you go that way.

What we offer

One paid month of trial and training. No pressure, no expectations — we both find out if this works.
Realistic monthly earnings after the trial: 120.000–200.000 RSD net, depending on client load and results. Performance bonuses on top.
You'd work with us as an independent contractor, not on payroll — you invoice us monthly and we pay out in full. Most people here run it through a paušalno preduzetništvo or a freelancer registration. If you haven't set that up before, we'll walk you through it — it's why the net figures above are what actually lands in your account.
Monday to Friday, second shift — afternoon into the evening, so you overlap with US business hours. Weekends are off. No on-call, no Saturday tickets. Your mornings are yours.
Hybrid setup. Our office is at Belgrade Waterfront — you'd split your week between there and working from home. Some days it makes sense to be in the room together, most days it doesn't.
A real path to team lead as we grow — this role becomes a department.
Direct access to the founders. No middle layer, no approval chains.
