Way4Services is hiring a mid-level Technical Support Engineer with experience in fintech to join our global team. You’ll work on advanced payment solutions used by leading financial institutions around the world, ensuring reliability and high performance of mission-critical systems.
What You’ll Do:
- Troubleshoot client issues and provide on-call technical support.
 - Work with client IT teams to resolve configuration and performance challenges.
 - Analyze logs, SQL data, and application code to identify and fix problems.
 - Collaborate with R&D to report and resolve product issues.
 - Ensure service quality and compliance with SLAs.
 
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in technical support (application or system level), ideally in fintech or payment systems.
 - Strong knowledge of SQL/PL-SQL, databases, and basic networking (TCP/IP).
 - Unix knowledge is a strong advantage.
 - English — upper-intermediate or higher.
 - Fluency in Russian or Spanish is a plus.
 - Analytical mindset and solid problem-solving skills.
