Technical Writer

Belgrade Office, Serbia

Your Energy

University degree in technical writing/communication, computer science, engineering or related field with an IT background
Experience as Technical Writer in the areas of software / electrical engineering
You are familiar with the creation and editing processes of user videos or other multimedia productions
You have a high technical understanding, preferably knowledge in the energy sector
Ability to express complex technical information in a clear and precise manner
Professional PC skills and a very good knowledge of MS-Office
Familiarity with the use of webinars and training videos
You are a team-oriented and flexible person
Strong written and verbal operational proficiency in English. German language skill is a plus

Your Responsibilities

Understand the function of our software products, and create publishable accurate content in English
Editing, formatting & proofreading of existing documents
Produce high quality, consistent documentation in different formats using our guidelines & glossaries
Contact and interaction with developers or customers to obtain technical information
Translation Management for diverse multilingual projects
Involvement in projects as part of continuous process improvement, including instruction videos, FAQs, etc.
Implement, review and update engineering standard operating procedures
Assessment of new documentation requirements and constant optimization of the existing documentation processes
