FIS’s Enterprise Treasury services over 2,000 corporations in more than 40 countries by delivering a suite of liquidity management solutions focused on Treasury, Messaging and Payments. Our Quantum solution is a highly sophisticated treasury system that helps corporations and financial institutions manage cash and risk including debt and investments, interest rate and currency movements and connectivity for complex treasury departments. The global team is based in over 22 countries servicing Fortune 500 companies across the regions.
What you will be doing
We are looking for experienced Consultants to join the Enterprise Treasury Professional Services team. The successful candidates will engage within the treasury function within the client’s business, in order to assist clients to configure and implement all the licensed Quantum Treasury Management System modules, deliver training and make pro-active suggestions to improve processes where applicable.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Responsible for completion of consulting assignments as part of FIS Treasury implementations and projects.
- Implement other areas of our treasury software solutions and assist clients to re-engineer their business processes within a treasury context.
- Mentor and support less experienced consultants, transferring specialist knowledge of Quantum to other members of the Professional Services team.
- Display competency within the complex modules of Treasury, Commodities, Accounting and Risk Management.
- Identify opportunities where additional services beyond the core implementation tasks may be offered and work closely with defined line management to pursue the opportunity.
This is an European focused role with travel to client sites across the region (up to 20% of total time, on specific occasions more frequently).
What you bring:
- Some experience in consulting and/or software application implementations in a Treasury or Banking context. Alternatively, experience in operational work and management of Corporate Treasury.
- Good knowledge and understanding of financial operational and business processes.
- Knowledge of Accounting practises.
- Knowledge of financial instruments (FX, MM, IRS, FRA, Bonds etc.).
- Awareness and appreciation of Treasury markets and clients within the region
- Implementation and Operational experience of the FIS Quantum TMS supported by some technical configuration skills required for the TMS integration with third-party systems.
- Perfectly fluent in English. A second European language is an advantage.

Desirable:
- SQL/RDBMS technical ability
- Crystal or systems reporting knowledge
- ACCA or AMCT qualification (or equivalent) preferred but not essential
