Due to support their activities and business growth we are searching for motivated candidates for the position UI/UX Graphic Designer, based in Niš.
UI/UX Graphic Designer
Responsibilities
- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
- Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets
- Keep up-to-date with competitor products and industry trends
- Optimize existing user interface designs
- Develop technical and business requirements and always strive to deliver intuitive and user-centered solutions
- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
- Develop and update product catalogs
- Monitor and analyze competitors' design strategies
- Collaborate with other teams to implement design solutions
- Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
Requirements and skills
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills and past work
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and practices.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma or similar.
- Ability to create high-fidelity wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
- Experience with user research and usability testing.
- Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to produce high-quality content quickly without sacrificing quality.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
