Job Description:

• Design intuitive, user-centered interfaces using Figma.
• Implement Auto Layout and other advanced Figma tools to streamline workflows.
• Design engaging and user-friendly UI/UX layouts for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with developers and instructional design team members to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to continuously improve design quality and usability.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.
• Ensure consistency of brand identity across digital and print materials.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design.
• Mastery of Figma, including advanced features like Auto Layout, components, variants, and prototyping tools.
• strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects
• A portfolio showcasing real-world projects (not just case studies or personal experiments).
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Fluent in English and Serbian.
