Context:
Attached to the Global UX/UI Manager, your role is to support the Product Owner & Product Manager in the design and conception of various Trace One applications. You collaborate closely with the design team and each Product Owner, Product Manager and Business analyst responsible for an application, creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes leading to the final screens. From brainstorming workshops to creating polished interfaces, you’ll be at the heart of a collaborative team that values design innovation and user-centered solutions.
Your key responsibilities:
- Develop seamless user flows to elevate the customer experience
- Continuously enhance the usability of products, both existing and new
- Maintain Trace One designs standards
- Facilitate team collaboration to bring ideas to life
Hierarchy and interactions:
- You will report to the Global UX/UI manager
- You will have daily interactions with Product Owners, Business Analyst, Product Managers and the Engineering team
Your missions:
- Participate in and co-organize co-creation workshops with various teams.
- Design low-definition wireframes.
- Create impactful UI interfaces.
- Enhance the user experience on existing features and, in general, contribute to ongoing discussions to continuously improve the user experience.
- Contribute to the evolution of the Design System.
- Share ongoing and completed work from the UX/UI design department with all teams.
Who you are:
- Design Education: You have a degree in Applied Arts or Graphic Design with a focus on digital design.
- Software proficiency: You’re a pro with design tools like Adobe Suite and Figma.
- Creativity: You have demonstrated creative abilities, especially in the context of designing B2B applications.
- Language Proficiency: You’re fluent and comfortable communicating ideas in English.
- Proactive approach: You don’t wait for challenges to come to you – you tackle them head-on.
- Motivation: You are motivated to excel in design tasks and projects.
