We're Hiring a Website Manager at SiGMA.

Who we are: 

Hello there! We're SiGMA, a global powerhouse in the digital innovation sector, and we're currently seeking an experienced Website Manager to join our company. Our story began in 2014, when our founder, Eman Pulis, established SiGMA with a mission to make a difference in the world of iGaming, emerging tech, digital health, and affiliate marketing.

Today, we operate from multiple locations including Malta, Cyprus, Manila, São Paolo, and Belgrade, and continue to explore the frontier technologies of AI, Blockchain, Fintech, and Big Data.

What you’ll do:

• Content Management: Update and manage the site’s content regularly, making sure it is up-to-date, accurate, and engaging. This includes updating comparison lists of casinos and sportsbooks, promotional details, and any other relevant information.
• Compliance and Regulation: Keep track of and ensure all content follows geotargeted regulations. This involves updating lists and bonus information according to changes in laws and regulatory requirements across different jurisdictions.
• Collaboration with UX and Developers: Work closely with the UX team and web developers to execute complex site updates, improve site navigation, and enhance user experience. Provide clear briefs and feedback to ensure technical changes match user needs and compliance standards.
• Quality Assurance: Perform thorough testing and review of the site after updates are made to ensure they meet quality standards, are error-free, and provide a smooth user experience.
• Performance Monitoring: Use analytics tools to keep track of site performance and user engagement. Make data-driven decisions to improve site content and structure.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as the main point of contact for internal teams and external partners related to website content and updates. Ensure all stakeholders are updated on changes and updates promptly.
• Project Management: Manage timelines, resources, and priorities to ensure website updates and projects are completed on time.

What you have:

• Demonstrated experience in website management, especially in the iGaming industry or similar fields.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements related to iGaming.
• Experience working with content management systems, web analytics, and SEO principles.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work well with UX teams and developers.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
• Attention to detail and dedication to delivering high-quality work.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
