We are looking for developers of all experience levels, that have knowledge, understanding, and experience with XML technologies and XSLT development.
This position is open to students as well as people with disabilities and if for a long-term project as part of a growing development team working on a modern data conversion project for a large industry leading Fortune 500 company.
The ideal candidate has actual full-time work experience as a developer with working experience and knowledge of XSLT. The ideal candidate will also have a foundational experience in Java or J2EE technologies, but is not required.
Those without actual working experience in XSLT, should have a fundamental understanding of XML and XML technologies like XSLT, XML, XPath, and XQuery and be able to showcase that knowledge as part of the interview process.
This is a work from home position with a lot of growth and learning potential and we expect self-motivated and hardworking individuals to apply.
As part of working on this data conversion platform you would be expected to use and learn the following technologies:
- XSLT 2.0
- XSD / Schema
Those with a background in Java or J2EE will also be involved in Java development duties on a content conversion platform based on the following technologies: Java, J2EE, Spring, Karaf, and Camel, but Java experiance is not required.
This is a position with a lot of learning/growth opportunity, the ideal candidate will show a desire and capability to learn new technologies and platforms and show that they have an ability to be self-organized and self-motivated as this is a work from home position.
This position is for an American company with an American client and would require the candidate to have very good written and verbal English skills and will be comfortable interfacing directly with customers, as well as working with other team members and engineers in an Agile and Lean development environment.
