We are looking for a QA Automation Engineer to join our dynamic R&D team. This role will involve hands-on test automation, helping to ensure the high quality and reliability of our software solutions in collaboration with developers and other QA engineers.
Tech Stack:
Java, REST Assured, Selenium/Selenide, Bitbucket, TeamCity (CI), Jira (bug-tracking), and internal test automation tools.
What You’ll Do:
- Test Automation: Write and maintain automated tests using Java within our automation framework, ensuring high coverage and reliability of microservices architecture.
- Execution and Reporting: Perform automated and manual testing, analyze test results, and report defects using our tracking tools.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the R&D and DevOps teams to ensure that testing is an integral part of the development cycle.
- Maintain Quality: Contribute to improving and optimizing the testing processes and framework for efficiency and scalability.
- Documentation: Assist in creating and maintaining test cases, test scripts, and other relevant documentation.
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of experience in software testing, focusing on test automation in Java.
- Familiarity with testing in microservices architecture and an understanding of automation tools and processes.
- Basic knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and related technologies.
- Analytical skills and the ability to identify and troubleshoot issues efficiently.
- Proficiency in English at a conversational level.
Bonus Points For:
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or containerization technologies.
- Familiarity with SQL, databases, or SSDLC.
