Responsibilities:
- Create, execute, and manage test plans, cases, and scripts.
- Execute testing of software applications to validate functionality, performance, and reliability.
- Conduct various types of testing, including functional, regression, and integration.
- Conduct user acceptance testing.
- Analyze test outcomes, identify areas of improvement, and offer actionable insights
to enhance software quality.
- Develop and Maintain clear documentation of testing procedures, results, and identified defects.
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of the agile software development methodology.
- Familiarity with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium) is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated, with excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work independently.
