Requirements and skills
- You already have experience in software automation testing
- Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and techniques
- You have strong analytical skills and work methodically, structured and in detail
- Knowledge of test tools, e.g., Selenium, Cucumber, Postman, ReadyAPI, SOAP-UI, Workqueues
- Experience in creating documentation and test scenarios
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written
- Highly desired Knowledge of German language
Nice to have
- Experience in financial sector, banking and insurance environment
- Knowledge of enterprise software: SAP, Guidewire, msg.Life Factory
Your tasks may include
- Preparation of testing strategy, test plan, test scenarios and test result reports from executed software tests
- Design and implement automated integration tests to improve test efficiency and enable automated testing early in the dev cycle
- Planning and execution of software tests in software release cycles and software development cycles, performing integration tests
- Detecting, reporting and tracking defects, errors and new requests in applicable ticketing system
- Implementing various risk mitigation techniques
- Promoting and implementing effective testing techniques
- Cooperation with developers and project managers in the area of solution implementation
- Collaboration with Project Team to ensure consistent project execution
- Communicating with the customer
