Our solution supports mission-critical workflows such as dealflow management, portfolio monitoring, LP reporting, document management, and compliance.
Edda is an international company, with teams and operations across the United States, France, and Serbia, serving clients in more than 40 countries.
We work closely with banks, institutional investors, and large financial organizations, where reliability, data quality, and security are essential.
We are also actively integrating AI-driven features into our platform to automate analysis, improve data quality, and enhance user productivity.
To support our growth, we are looking for a quality-focused and technically minded profile combining QA engineering and technical client support.
Responsibilities
Quality Assurance (QA)
- Test new features and releases before production (functional, regression, exploratory testing)
- Identify, reproduce, and document issues with a clear and structured approach
- Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams across multiple countries
- Contribute to improving QA processes and product reliability
- Participate in the evolution of testing practices (manual testing today, increasing automation over time)
Technical Client Support (Level 1 / 2)
- Handle technical support requests from professional clients (funds, banks, financial teams)
- Investigate product behavior, bugs, and edge cases
- Act as a technical bridge between clients and the engineering team
- Explain complex topics in a clear and pragmatic way to non-technical users
- Track issues until full resolution and help identify recurring patterns
Profile
- Experience in QA, technical support, or a hybrid product/tech role
- Solid understanding of web-based SaaS platforms
- Comfortable with technical concepts (APIs, logs, data flows, admin tools)
- Strong attention to detail and structured problem-solving mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in English (international clients and teams)
Nice to have
- Experience with B2B SaaS, fintech, or financial software
- Exposure to test automation tools or QA frameworks
- Interest in AI-driven products or data-heavy platforms
- Familiarity with investment or banking workflows
