The Role

We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Quality Assurance Tester who will be responsible for continuously testing both production and development versions of our platform to ensure optimal functionality and user experience.

What You’ll Do

• Continuously test and validate features on production and development environments.
• Identify, document, and report software bugs, inconsistencies, and usability issues clearly and concisely.
• Actively use GitHub and Git to review, checkout, and locally test pull requests.
• Write precise and actionable issue tickets for developers to quickly understand and resolve problems.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to ensure rapid resolution and quality releases.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a QA Tester or similar role in a software/web platform.
• Familiarity with GitHub and Git workflows (pull requests, branching, merging, conflict resolution).
• Excellent written communication skills with a focus on clarity, accuracy, and detail in issue reporting.
• Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously and within a collaborative team environment.
• Knowledge of Python and JavaScript programming is a plus.
