Hyperoptic is the UK's hyperfast broadband network. Founded in 2011 to shake up the UK broadband market, we're leading the way in full fibre technology. With hyperfast speeds 14x faster than the UK average, we're changing the way people are experiencing broadband.
We established Hyperoptic's Belgrade office in 2013, starting with only 20 Developers to support the business. As of today we are 400 people and growing superfast - once a small start-up has become a success story in Belgrade, with over 1300 employees globally.
Due to continuous expansion Hyperoptic are hiring for a SAP Application Engineer who goes beyond the expected. We believe in working smarter together, whilst our teams stay focused and people passionately strive for excellence. As SAP Application Engineer your mission will be to provide master and transactional data support and application support in the field of finance, within our SAP ERP application solution and to support SAP S4/HANA Cloud implementation project. What will you be doing?
- Analyse and act on service request or incident tickets raised by users and resolve it within SLA
- Undertake analysis work to identify root cause of a problem in collaboration with other team members and stakeholders
- Assist in reducing re-occurring issues
- Participate in collecting business requirements, analyse and propose end to end solutions
- Work closely with all parties involved to ensure successful implementation of the AMS support practice
- Coach and advise more end users / business team members
What are we looking for?
- Computer information systems degree or the equivalent work experience would be desirable
- Basic architectural knowledge of SAP S/4HANA product would be a plus
- Experience in implementation, configuration, integration and maintenance of SAP would be desirable
- Fluent in English
