Position Overview

The SAP Functional and ERP Analyst is responsible for providing functional support, system stability, and integration reliability across SAP, KiwiPlan ERP/MES, and additional enterprise applications. This role ensures accurate master data management, secure system access, and effective troubleshooting of functional and integration issues while maintaining strong relationships with application vendors and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

1. SAP Master Data, Security & Functional Support

• Master Data Support: Maintain and support SAP master data including customer, vendor, material, pricing, and plant data, ensuring accuracy and data governance.
• Functional Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve SAP transactional and process issues across SD, MM, PP, FI, and WM modules.
• Security & Access Management: Support SAP role-based security, user access provisioning, and authorization troubleshooting in coordination with IT security teams.
• Data Integrity: Ensure consistency and reliability of data across integrated systems and business processes.

2. KiwiPlan ERP & MES Support

• Application Support: Provide functional support for KiwiPlan ERP and MES applications, including production planning, manufacturing execution, and order processing.
• System Integration: Support and monitor interfaces between KiwiPlan and SAP to ensure seamless data flow for orders, production, inventory, and financial transactions.
• Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve application issues to include interface errors, data mismatches, and process failures between SAP and KiwiPlan.
• Enhancements & Testing: Participate in system updates, configuration, enhancements, and testing activities related to KiwiPlan and its SAP integrations.

3. Additional Application Support (PTMX, Concur, and Others)

• Application Support: Provide functional support for additional enterprise applications such as PTMX, Concur, and related systems integrated with SAP.
• Interface Management: Monitor and troubleshoot application interfaces with SAP to ensure accurate and timely data exchange.
• User Support: Assist business users with application-related issues, process questions, and functional guidance.
• Change Coordination: Support application upgrades, enhancements, and integration changes in collaboration with vendors and internal IT teams.

4. Vendor & Stakeholder Relationship Management

• Vendor Collaboration: Maintain productive working relationships with application vendors and third-party service providers to resolve issues and support enhancements.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a primary point of contact for internal business teams regarding application functionality, integrations, and support status.
• Communication & Documentation: Provide clear communication on incidents, resolutions, system changes, and process impacts; maintain accurate support documentation.

Qualifications

• Language: Fluent in English – level B2 or better
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience: A minimum of 2-5 years of hands-on SAP ECC functional experience (SD/MM/PP/FI/WM) to include Idocs.  Experience with manufacturing industry preferred.
• Strong technical skills - experience with both Windows and Linux environments preferred as well as SQL and mySQL queries.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
