For our client Grammer Business Center a newly established Global Business Center based in Niš, we are seeking an experienced SAP System and Application Coordinator Purchasing/SRM who will be a part of the initial team as they have launched their new state-of-the-art business center with modern amenities.

What are your main tasks?
- Support the SAP system SRM (Supplier Relationship Management) and the SAP ERP module PU
- Support the SRM processes for shopping carts
- Act as in-house IT functional consultant to implement and support special request-/ approval workflows including user administration
- Act as an inhouse IT functional consultant to implement and support the ERP purchasing processes (order book, inforecord, sched. agreements, material master…)
- Create, implement, and optimize technical solutions for new and existing SAP rollouts
- Design test concepts and ensure sufficient testing in accordance with change management procedures
- Support interfaces to other non-SAP systems
- Implement ‘as-is’ process analyses and develop ‘to-be’ target concepts
- Execute training courses and briefings for process managers
- Manage external consultants during new and existing project implementations
- Management of SAP projects as sub-project manager
- Act as third-level support to analyze and eliminate malfunctions
What are your qualifications?
- Expert knowledge in SAP SRM and PU customizing
- Deep knowledge of the SRM / PU- business processes
- Deep knowledge of SAP mass data imports (lsmw…)
- Basic knowledge of SAP data distribution models
- Basic knowledge of SAP ABAP coding (debugging…)
- Several years of project or consulting experience on the corporate or service provider side in the area of SAP-MM/PU / supplier relationship management
- Fluent English required
- German as a 3rd language is considered advantageous
- Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated strong business partnering skills
