- Happy and smart people motivated to learn & grow together with the product and company - Everyone is focused on the results of their work, on outcomes - Transparency level is high as it can be. People are given trust 1st day when they arrive. A new employee can ask and find out anything they want to know - Company has a clearly defined compensation system. Everyone knows the salary levels for their team, and there cannot be 2 people in the same position and experience that are compensated differently. Rules are completely fair and transparent. - Company pays in the top 10% of tech companies for tech roles in Belgrade, Serbia. That's evaluated each year, and if there's an increase in local industry-standard, that means there is an increase in salaries in FishingBooker - C level people are friendly, care about all the employees and lead by example - Flexible working hours. This is backed up by the strong accent on the asynchronous communication style. Meetings happen only when it's really necessary and needed, and people come prepared for them. Everyone has their own time to focus and do productive work - Company takes all employees to yearly fishing trip teambuilding (COVID messed things up here, but even now the company is looking for ways to organise something that's safe)

- This is not just a 9-5 job place where you come to "do what you are asked for". If you are looking for something like that, this might not be a good place for you - If you are not OK with taking a lot of responsibility for yourself, having outcomes to reach, not outputs to deliver, this might not be a place for you - This is a place where people work hard, so if you are not willing to give 100% of yourself, better skip it

Senior Software Engineer

- Ljudi na prvom mestu: Energicni, radoznali, zeljni znanja, inspirativni. - Transparentnost. Sve informacije vezane za stanje kompanije je svima vidljivo. Svako ima mogucnost da utice na bilo koji deo proizvoda, na bilo koju proceduru. - Ne postoji hijerarhija misljenja, svacije misljenje se jednako postuje i odluke se donose na osnovu konkretnih podataka i argumenata. - Procedure, tehnologije i kvalitet razvoja se konstantno menjaju na bolje. Ne postoje delovi sistema koji moraju da rade na odredjeni nacin. Sve je podlozno promeni i refactor-u ka buducem boljem stanju sistema. Radi se dosta na produktivnosti inzenjera i na automatizaciji procesa. - Procena napretka je na svakih 6 meseci, ali razmena povratnih informacija o svacijem radu se desava u regularnim sastancima sa mentorom u mnogo kracem vremenskom periodu.
