Yessela: Insightful came knocking with an exciting challenge: the opportunity to work at an international company, in a language that wasn’t my native one and from my favorite place in the world, Medellín (Colombia). In this case, it also meant shifting my focus fully toward sales, which was a new and motivating step in my career.
Huyna: Insightful’s exciting stage of growth truly drew me in - I wanted to be part of a journey. Being a native Spanish speaker and understanding the nuances of local customer expectations, I saw a unique opportunity to contribute meaningfully, not just managing accounts, but by helping shape the customer experience in a growing market from the ground up. Supporting Success in LATAM: From First Meeting to Long-Term Growth
Yessela: I describe my role as helping companies identify, mitigate, and resolve issues related to productivity and attendance. That’s my main goal every time someone joins a meeting for the first time, understanding their needs and defining a plan to start working together toward specific goals, which we adjust along the way.
Huyna: As a CSM I support our customers from the moment they sign up, through onboarding, adoption, growth, and ultimately renewal. I’m here to make sure they’re not just using Insightful, but truly seeing value from it. One of the things I love most about my role is that it is both hands-on and strategic. I’m not just managing accounts; I’m helping build the foundation for how we deliver success in LATAM.

Huyna: One of the things I appreciate most about working here is how genuinely collaborative the team is regardless of where we’re based. Even though we’re spread across different countries and time zones, communication feels seamless. I believe what makes it work so well is the shared mindset: everyone is focused on delivering value to our customers and helping each other grow along the way.
What LATAM Clients Value Most: Feeling Heard and Supported in Their Language
Yessela: Our product is very complete and, at the same time, highly flexible. It has great potential, and like any product, there’s always room for improvement. However, what my clients highlight the most is that they feel heard when they share feedback or feature requests because we provide them with answers about ETA’s or even introduce them directly to other areas. Another key advantage is that the platform is available in Spanish just like our website and some support materials. Communication with clients is also conducted in Spanish, which helps create a special connection and makes them feel more comfortable and supported.
