Why I Joined Insightful: Tech That Lives Up to the Hype
As someone who’s been in tech for quite a while - both as an Account Executive and a Leader - I’ve seen plenty of solutions come and go, promising the world but failing to deliver. Insightful is one of the few companies I’ve been part of where the technology truly lives up to the promise and is highly relevant in today’s modern workforce.
As the social contract around work continues to shift, Insightful provides meaningful data that empowers organizations to make smart, informed decisions - instead of relying on gut instinct. During the interview process, I had the opportunity to meet and work closely with the leadership team, and I came away confident that I’d be surrounded by peers who would both challenge me and serve as strong operational partners - a real win-win.
What’s Next for the Insightful Sales Team: From Proven Wins to New Frontiers
As a hypergrowth startup that’s already achieved impressive success at our current stage, we’re constantly building to better support our prospects and customers. That means we’re laser-focused on creating a world-class customer experience while continuing to advance our technology roadmap-so our clients always have access to the best workforce intelligence tool on the market.
As we continue to scale, we have strategic plans to expand our reach in markets like LATAM and will be focused on driving our outbound engine more aggressively in 2025. The great thing is, we already have a core set of industries where we’ve built a proven track record of success. My goal is for us to become the name synonymous with workforce intelligence in those industries - and beyond. As they say, no pressure, no diamonds!
Leading an International Sales Team: The Power of Global Perspective
Having been a leader in other international organizations in the past has been really helpful for me early on at Insightful. What I really enjoy about working with global teams is the variation in perspectives and approaches each region brings. The nuances can shift not just the sales process, but also how I approach day-to-day things like coaching, feedback, and cross-functional collaboration.
I believe everyone working in tech should have the opportunity to work with a global team at some point - it definitely broadens your professional horizons and perspective.
