We’re looking for an AI Researcher to help explore, evaluate, and implement AI solutions that enhance our apps. You will focus on tracking AI innovation, identifying high-impact opportunities, and turning them into scalable outcomes. This is a hands-on role that requires technical depth, ownership, and collaboration across multiple teams.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience exploring or integrating AI tools, APIs, or models into workflows.
• Strong research and reasoning skills with the ability to distill complex ideas into practical strategies.
• Hands-on experience exploring or integrating AI tools, APIs, or models into workflows.
• Experience with LLM modeling or generative AI (preferred but not required).
• A practical mindset focused on delivering measurable outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work independently and manage ambiguity.
• Proficiency in English, spoken and written.
• Experience with desktop environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Stay up to date with cutting-edge AI models, tools, and frameworks to identify opportunities across creative automation, user engagement, and monetization.
• Translate business needs into AI use cases by working with product, marketing, and design teams.
• Prototype and validate ideas from concept to proof-of-concept, designing workflows and testing outcomes.
• Automate internal operations, recommending and building AI agents to reduce manual work.
• Collaborate with engineering and data teams to ensure seamless integration.
• Share findings clearly through structured write-ups, demos, and documentation.
• Prioritize initiatives, balancing technical innovation with product relevance.
• Contribute to a culture of rapid experimentation and learning.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, Runway, ElevenLabs, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering or fine-tuning models.
• Familiarity with growth loops or monetization in B2C mobile apps.
