As the PT Business Digital Organization (PT/BDO) we lead, support and assist our PT business partners in developing, transforming or initiating digital offerings for our customers. This includes creating a consistent brand web image, but also focusing on online sales growth. The scope of our work encompasses the spread of media buy, organization & distribution of media assets, developing digital platforms and harmonizing our IT landscape. This also includes project and program management services for major IT investments. The target is to provide the right capabilities (technology, process, skill & organization) to enable our PT business units to be more efficient, faster and more successful in the digital transformation of their product & service offerings.
Job Description
Our team is happy to welcome you. Here is what you will be doing if you choose to join the team:
► Yearly and monthly detective controls (organizing the control process, preparing materials, conducting training for managers and application owners, providing support during controls, monitoring the quality of documentation, monitoring and reporting results to management)
► Defining, automating and improving the control process
► Benchmarking / Cooperation with Access Management teams from other OEs regarding process improvement and automation
► Cooperation with technical teams as part of supporting managers and end users, proposing ideas for improving platforms and attending various trainings
► Identity Management Platform support and configuration (testing, providing training to managers, application owners and end users for usage of the platform)
► Support of the process of integration PT applications to the the main RB tool for managing identity access rights (process definition, mediation between users and the technical team)
► Participation in the mandatory Digital Clearance process (assessment of Access Management relevance, providing support to application owners to prepare AM documentation, WorkON approval)
► Deleting/granting accesses to PT systems as part of the mandatory PT leaving, PT-BDO-RS onboarding request)
► Assigning/removing accesses/access rights in PT systems (SAP and other applications) based on end user requirements
► Maintaining communications, promoting awareness about AM topics
► Creation of reports on the results of controls at the end of the year, at the request of management and audit
► Communication with Local Authorization Contacts (preparing materials and holding sessions to inform them about plans for the current year, results, news)
► Consultant for PT social media (access management risk assessment, integration, implementation of new requirements, support applications owners to complete Access Management requirements)
► Other jobs defined by the manager
Who you are?
► Bachelor in Information Technology or comparable
► Up to 2 years of experience and knowledge in access management topics
► Good knowledge in the area of information technology, technical data protection or information security and privacy would be of advantage
► Computer skills and MS Office
► Ability to identify risks, evaluate them and develop/suggest constructive solutions
► High degree of customer orientation, pro-activeness and commitment
► Ability to communicate and negotiate with management level and project teams
► Ability to work independently, systematically and in a structured manner
► Team player
► Remarkable communication and presentation skills
► IT affinity and professional usage of MS-Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
► Proficiency in English and German languages, both spoken and written
