Robert Bosch GmbH – Division Power Tools is searching for Agile Test Coordinator with location based in Belgrade. To achieve our goals in developing eCommerce solutions, we're looking for dedicated colleagues, who will be ready to work and travel occasionally to support our developing activates in Stuttgart, Germany and other locations around the world starting from June 2016.
Agile Tester ensure the high quality of software products delivered in Scrum environment. This activity includes testing, coordination of testing with Customer and suggest improvements on testing approach (including automation).
The ideal candidate hired into this position should have the following key skills /experience: ► 3+ years quality assurance experience, experience in test automations is advantage ► Experience in coordination test activities with internal and external stakeholders (customer or internal users) ► Knowledge of JIRA or any other Agile tools is must ► Previous experience in a project, product in a web development environment is plus. ► Fast comprehension and flexibility to quickly learn new topics ► Strong organizational and client management skills ► Previous Experience within Agile (Scrum) organization is must ► Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills ► Strong organizational and client management skills ► Successfully completed a technical university degree or proof of relevant technical background ► Excellent and proficient usage of English language is must. German, Russian and other European language is advantage.
Responsibilities: ► Participate in testing activities in order to assure high quality of software products applying agile approach ► Contributing to the co-ordination of design, solution architecture, quality assurance, implementation and release activities in support of products
► Suggest and implement improvements of current testing processes ► Enabling close cooperation across all roles and functions within team, facilitates interactions within the Team and between the Team and the Customer► Reporting of key and complex issues and progress as they arise and recommend options for resolution ► Helping the Team and the Customer to improve the effectiveness of their practices and to face and resolve difficult or uncomfortable issues ► Working with other teams (internal) to ensure the highest possible quality of service and delivery
