Application Security Engineer

Our team is looking for an experienced Application Security Engineer to help us to improve the security of our software. Day-to-day tasks can involve various internal and external products, including infrastructure, web applications, and desktop applications.

Responsibilities:

• Perform ongoing code review to improve software security.
• Maintain the technical means of supporting secure coding practices, including security related tools and libraries.
• Advise team members about secure coding practices.

Requirements:

• 3 or more years of experience in Application Security.
• Experience programming in JVM languages or .NET.
• Fluent in English with good writing skills.
• A degree in computer science, information technology, or another relevant discipline
• Knowledge of important security aspects, including the OWASP Top Ten, and secure coding best practices.
• Skills and experience in system, network, and infrastructure security approaches.
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and result-oriented skills.
