What We’re Looking For

JAGGAER is looking for an Associate Technical Consultant to support client implementation and integration projects in Serbia. In this role, you will assist with translating business requirements into technical and functional solution needs, support integration activities, contribute to project documentation, and work with internal teams to help deliver successful client outcomes. 
This is an associate-level consulting role for someone with early professional experience in software implementation, SaaS, systems integration, or technical consulting who wants to continue developing technical, functional, and client-facing skills.

Principal Responsibilities

• Support implementation and integration activities for client projects. 
• Assist in translating business requirements into technical and functional solution needs. 
• Develop and maintain project documentation with guidance from senior team members. 
• Build and support integration components within Statement of Work specifications. 
• Participate in technical workshops, client meetings, and implementation activities. 
• Track assigned project activities and support timelines, reporting, and project controls. 
• Support a successful client transition from Implementation to Support. 
• Communicate project updates and technical information clearly to internal and external stakeholders. 
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and support project delivery. 
• Support testing, troubleshooting, and validation of integrations and workflows. 
• Assist with multiple client projects simultaneously in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. 
• Follow JAGGAER implementation standards, project processes, and documentation practices.

Position Requirements

Must Have 

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent practical experience. 
• 2-4 years of experience in software implementation, technical consulting, SaaS environments, systems integration, or a related technical role. 
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of HTTPS communications, SQL, XML, APIs, and database concepts. 
• Exposure to systems integration and SaaS software implementation. 
• Exposure to working with AI tools in a professional or learning context. 
• Strong communication, presentation, documentation, and problem-solving skills. 
• Ability to manage multiple assigned tasks and project activities in a collaborative team environment. 
• Willingness to learn quickly, take initiative, and ask clear role-related questions. 
• Professional communication skills and a client-facing approach. 
• Strong written and verbal English and Italian language skills for client and internal communication. 
• Travel flexibility of approximately 10-20%, subject to business and project needs.

Nice to Have 

• Experience with eProcurement, Supply Chain, Contract Lifecycle Management, or ERP systems. 
• Experience working with Agile methodologies. 
• Additional experience with SaaS integrations, workflow configuration, or implementation support.
