The Automotive Aftermarket division (AA) in Serbia offers a broad range of services towards AA headquarter in Karlsruhe from areas of product marketing, quality management, trade marketing, purchasing and engineering. AA organization in Belgrade is unique on a global level due to being the only organization outside the central headquarter which performs the same headquarter processes.
Job Description
► Help shape the future: You are an expert in automation, data, ETL (Extract Transform and Load) and support our project teams with your know-how
► Structured preparation: You focus on data analysis, automation and reporting
► Conscientious coordination: You support and educate peers in order to scale the adoption of digital knowledge
► Create something new: The Business Digital Organization wants to create something new and pushes digital solutions in order to create business value

Qualifications
► Bachelor’s, or Master's Degree, MBA or PhD with computer science - business background or technological education is a plus. University degree in information technology, economics, or comparable discipline
► SQL, Databases, Phyton, R, PowerBI. Cloud-technology is a plus, Rest API, JSON, and XML would be an additional benefit
► Strong communication skills with focus on solutions and execution. Conceptual thinking
► You have a strong interest in understanding our customers (Bosch business units), their demands and derive out of that solutions
► Entrepreneurial mindset and a structured and self-organized way of working. You are intercultural and open-minded
► Cross functional / industry know-how would be advantageous
