Our team is happy to welcome you. Here is what you will be doing if you choose to join our team.
► You will act as owner of the Order Management in B2B eCommerce
► You will ensure the capability you own creates a valuable impact for all related stakeholders (external and internal)
► You will take end to end ownership (Design – Build – Run) of a defined bundle of features and processes in alignment with the product owner
► You will engineer requirements, write user stories and acceptance criteria for all elements of the assigned capability
► You will align and define requirements with the global product owner as well as regional stakeholders and key users in IT, design, marketing and sales
► You will be second level support for your capability area backing up the first level support team
► You will test and verify implementations based on defined user stories
► You will be the knowledge owner for the assigned capability ensuring it’s proper documentation
►You will train key users worldwide
Who you are:
► You have a relevant university degree (Business Administration, Organizational Sciences, Economics or similar) with focus on IT
► You are an expert in SAP ERP SD module – order, delivery and invoice
► You have extensive experience in e-commerce (B2B segment preferable)
► You have experience in collecting and analyzing business requirements, writing user stories and specifications, defining acceptance criteria
► You have experience in traditional and online customer service
► You are familiar with Agile framework and tools
► You are able to work in cross-functional teams and international environment, handling multiple stakeholders
► You have great communication and presentation skills, ability to think analytically and willingness to learn new things
► You are fluent in English (spoken and written)
