Our team is happy to welcome you. Here is what you will be doing if you choose to join our team.
You will work with Power Tools Business units:
► You will get trained about SAP Sales and Service Cloud solution so you become able to provide support to Product Owner, CRM Capability Experts and C4C Team in general ► You will provide support for both Sales and Service module to end users from Countries and Regions applying Support Concept ► You will communicate with different departments and business roles in order to support Sales and Service Cloud implementation process ► You will create, maintain and improve existing SAP C4C Training documentation ► You will organize and deliver trainings to SAP C4C end-users ► You will provide support in different Testing activities (User Department testing, Regression testing, UAT and Integration testing)
You will work with technical department:
► You will cooperate with technical department during implementation of technical requirements and bug fixing processes ► You will assist during creation of documents for business/technical requirements ► You will test SAP Sales and Service solution and document bugs ► You will manage manual and automated data imports into the system ► You will document processes and interfaces ► You will work on data quality check
Who you are:
► You have a relevant university degree (Business Administration, Organizational Sciences, Economics or similar) with focus on IT ► You have at least 3 years experience with CRM Sales and/or Service solution (SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle CRM etc.) ► You have experience in Implementation of CRM solution (mandatory) ► You have experience in Support processes (mandatory) ► You have exceptional presentation skills (mandatory) ► You are familiar with Agile methodology ► You have knowledge of JIRA or similar tracking tool ► You have advanced Excel knowledge ► You are able to work in cross-functional teams and international environment ► You have willingness to work in a global & virtual team ► You have good communication skills, ability to think analytically and willingness to learn new things ► You are fluent in English ► You have willingness to travel (up to 20%)
