About the Role:
Position: Chat Support Agent
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service and chat support to our clients.
- Solve problems efficiently and effectively.
- Assist with product support inquiries.
- Engage in data analytics to enhance service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service in IT, Online, chat support
- Proficiency in MS Office and Spreadsheets.
- Native Serbian and near native level of English; additional languages such as Spanish, German, or French are considered a plus.
