What you will be doing
To provide daily support to FIS EMEA’s clients through phone and e-mail communications, undertaking appropriate research of product issues as they arise. Specialist product will be Trax.
- Communication with Clients on support issues with Trax.
- Review and analysis of issues that arise.
- Pro-active communication of the status of those issues with the clients.
- Communication with FIS consultants on support issues with Trax.
- Communication with the Trax development teams, through the Global Support contact, to progress issues which require development input.
- Translate, communicate and reinforce the goals, values and priorities of the organization through the support desk.
What you bring
- Ability to deliver functional support to customers.
- Payments / financial markets knowledge.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Ability to understand and analyze technical details/issues.
- Disciplined administration skills to allow effective administration and follow-up of issues.
- Ability to work as part of a team sharing knowledge and skills.
Added bonus if you have
- Client facing focus on day to day work.
- Clear organizational awareness and knowledge.
- SQL and/or Oracle databases experience is an advantage.
