The Power Tools Division of the Bosch Group is the world market leader for power tools and power tool accessories. The Global Digital Unit is efficiently bundling digital activities across all Business Units of Bosch Power Tools.
This EDI Specialist is responsible for coordinating and creating partner setups, interfacing with external customers for developing integration solutions, and resolving integration/EDI incidents. This position may also be part of larger team project initiatives, and company growth and expansion initiatives.
Job Description
► Develop, test, document and implement EDI solutions
► Function as technical liaison with technical contacts at trading partner and other organizations
► Work on multiple business requirements implementations at one time
► Collaborate with application teams, infrastructure specialists, and business analysts to deliver innovative solutions to complex mapping and data integration challenges
► Develop, maintain, and enhance maps used for data transformation
► Create integration interfaces between application systems and EDI transactions
► Execute on End to End testing
► Follow best practice development per existing, defined, best practices
► Participate in the creation of standards and processes
► Performs other similar and related duties as required
► Initiate and assist with the creation, development, and implementation of processes

Qualifications
► Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology or similar field or a minimum 1 (one) year working experience in various business or technical areas; or combination of relevant education and experience in EDI and SAP
► EDI Mapping and translation experience using EDI software
► Good knowledge of EDIFACT and other EDI standards
► Good knowledge of SAP and Idoc structures
► Good knowledge of OTC process
► Ability to interpret standards, specifications, document flows, etc.
► Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills; professional presence and behavior
► Ability to operate/work in a high growth & entrepreneurial environment
► Proficient in the use of personal computers, internet and MS Office suite of software including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
► Ability to work in a team environment, and leverage additional resources as needed
► Able to effectively collaborate with internal and external partners, team members, Business, and Technical teams
► Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
► Language: English- must; German-considered as big plus
► Familiarity with Axway TSIM (EDI platform), BOM (Development environment) is preferred
► Knowledge of XSLT is a plus
