Customer Education Specialist

Data Tech International (www.dti.rs) is a Belgrade-based company that provides cutting-edge solutions and consulting services related to tax fraud prevention and fiscalization. Our flagship solution TaxCore enables fraud-free sales tax collection, helping tax administrations worldwide prevent tax-related frauds.

We came up with the latest solutions to prevent VAT fraud and tax evasion.

We are looking for a competent Customer Education Specialist with near-native English proficiency willing to commit to a full-time position.

MAIN TASKS

• Creating training materials such as presentations, videos, and user guides to support the learning objectives of clients or employees
• Establishing and maintaining certification programs to ensure that clients acquire and retain key product knowledge and skills
• Customizing training programs to meet the unique needs of different client segments, industries, or skill levels
• Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs through feedback mechanisms, surveys, and performance metrics, and creating tailored training materials to optimize learning outcomes
• Updating relevant materials and training programs in line with product enhancements and new features
• Performing other tasks as assigned by the documentation and training team lead

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in customer training, education, instructional design, or technical communication
• Near-native proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to quickly understand complex concepts and explain them clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Working knowledge of tools for creating video training materials
• Strong research skills, with the ability to conduct in-depth analysis on topics related to the subject matter.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
