Data Analyst

We are looking for a Data analyst whose work will be deeply integrated with the Software Quality team with the goal of delivering the world’s most advanced and intuitive smart alarm product suite. Your job will include creating KPI dashboards, analyzing data trends, extracting conclusions on performance and stability and providing a clear path to improve the overall quality of the product.

Your role:

Reviewing quality and completeness of documentation
Follow-ups of version control, releases, and changelog documentation
Designing new dashboards using Kibana to track performance and features of existing portfolio of products
Integrating data collected from ELK and Kibana with Power BI, raw data from different sources and information coming from testing and auditing of releases
Extracting and analysis of data using Python to obtain quality metrics and define KPIs
Highlighting trends and over time evolution of KPIs, monitoring and reporting on KPIs
Defining and creating periodic updates for documenting the KPI measurement results
Defining new traces and information required to collect in the software to improve existing information of KPIs
Identifying and defining new opportunities for process improvement
Active engagement in everyday operations
Ensuring meeting quality objectives, as well as customer requirements
Occasional travel onsite for training sessions or joint analysis and investigation

REQUIREMENTS:

3+ years of working experience in data analytics field, using data analysis platforms and creating data visualizations
Working experience with ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana)
Working experience with data visualization software like Kibana, Grafana or Microsoft Power BI
Good knowledge of Python development
Experience on embedded software development projects and devices analysis would be a plus
University degree in a technical field of study
Fluency in spoken and written English (knowledge of Spanish would be a plus)
Quality oriented mindset

Strong analytical and creative thinking skills
Ability to adapt and learn new technologies
Communicative and proactive personality
