Job Overview

We are seeking a mid-senior level Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. A person in this role will be responsible for managing data mapping during customer implementations, creating and maintaining SETVI's embedded analytics dashboards, and manually verifying and fine-tuning our intelligence module. This role requires a strong understanding of data analysis, querying databases, and working with analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

1. Data Mapping and Verification:

• Analyze, scope, and write specifications for data mapping exercises between customer data sources and our systems.
• Verify incoming data to ensure accuracy and integrity during implementation development phase, UAT and post production.
• Identify and resolve any data issues or errors during the implementation phase.

2. Dashboard Creation and Analytics:

• Develop and maintain and own product dashboards using our embedded analytics platform.
• Write efficient queries for SQL Server, MongoDB and Databricks to extract and manipulate data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights through dashboards.

3. Intelligence Module Verification and Fine-Tuning:

• Verify the outputs of the intelligence module, including similar product creation, product associations, customer clustering, and white space analysis.
• Provide feedback to improve and fine-tune models during each customer implementation.
• Work closely with the development team to enhance the accuracy and relevance of the intelligence module's outputs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in writing SQL queries and experience with database management systems
• Strong understanding of data visualization tools and dashboard design
• Excellent communication skills in to interact with customer success teams and clients
• Experience in analyzing customer products and providing market intelligence
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Outstanding English skills
