Our team is happy to welcome you. Here is what you will be doing if you choose to join the team:
►Project support in regards to compliance and security using the IS-DS checklist (including ROPA – Record of Processing Activities) in cooperation with the business units as a part of the process of digital approval during the lifecycle of the Digital Offerings (applications)
►ROPA maintenance and documenting in GDPR tool
►Educating about the new system, creating and conducting trainings for Bosch group globally
►Reporting about progress – open points, questions and reporting about risks
►Cooperation with the members of the development team so they would understand, design and implement security and data protection requirements
►Consulting colleagues in cooperation with different business users and process standardization in line with security and data protection requirements
►Creation of the necessary content, field and information maintenance in the system
►Documenting processes according to the company standards for documentation
►Creating charts and reports based on user and management requirements
►Analysis of threats and risks for data security
►Ensuring compatibility of the data protection with IoT principles
►Other activities as required by the employer
Who you are:
► Computer skills and MS Office
► CIPP/E, ISO27001, CISM – would be a big plusKnow-How: current knowledge of data protection rights, in the analysis and evaluation of facts as well as a good understanding of technical contexts
► Experience: Several years of professional experience, ideally in the implementation of legal and operational data protection requirements and in IT security
► Languages: proficiency in English. German would also be a big plus.
► Personality: assertive, team player, committed and communicative
Working method: independent, structured, solution-oriented and willing to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics
