About the team: As the PT Business Digital Organization (PT/BDO) we lead, support and assist our PT business partners in developing, transforming or initiating digital offerings for our customers. This includes creating a consistent brand web image, but also focusing on online sales growth. The scope of our work encompasses the spread of media buy, organization & distribution of media assets, developing digital platforms and harmonizing our IT landscape. This also includes project and program management services for major IT investments. The target is to provide the right capabilities (technology, process, skill & organization) to enable our PT business units to be more efficient, faster and more successful in the digital transformation of their product & service offerings.
Job Description
► You’ll develop automated solutions for Detective Controls conduction and related areas of operations (e.g. price maintenance)
► You’ll monitor execution of Pricing BOT performance and troubleshoot in case of errors
► You’ll communicate with other technical departments when required (onboarding, compliance check, software upgrades, server issues, etc.)
► You’ll adjust BOT script if technical issues encountered
► You’ll perform additional coding or develop new scripts on the request of DC coordinator
► You’ll support currently developed Excel templates (price maintenance, DC report, Deviation report) in terms of macros functionality
► You’ll do additional development of the automation within Excel templates on the request of DC coordinator
► You’ll develop DC dashboard in PowerBI and provide support for further improvements on the request of DC coordinator
► You’ll constantly scale up automation skills by active participation in existing internal automation channels and search for information outside
► You’ll document existing solutions and keep the documentation up-to-date
► You’ll constantly review documentation to keep it up-to-date
► You’ll keep track of all tasks in the Teams board
► You’ll proactively raise questions/improvement ideas to DC coordinator.
Qualifications
Who you are:
► You are experienced with GUiXT
► You are a profound user of AA360 with real developer experience including API solutions (REST, JSON)
► You are a profound user of Excel (macros)
► You have experience with Power BI
► You have basic knowledge of sales processes
► You are a basic user of SAP (CMD, MMD, orders, deliveries, invoices)
► You are familiar with MS Teams
► You are reliable team player with strong communication skills
► You have “Out of the box” mindset and focus on details
► You are fluent in oral and written communication in English
► You have good time management skills
