Job Description:

As a DevOps Engineer, you will be focusing on the deployment, scaling, and management of containerized applications using Kubernetes. You will be working in international team and have opportunity for fast learning and practicing a culture of continuous improvement and integration, bridging gaps between software development and IT operations.

Key responsibilities:

• Automating application deployment, scaling, and management using CI/CD pipelines and containerization tools.
• Configuring and maintaining monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure proactive issue resolution and system health.
• Ensuring security best practices are implemented within the Kubernetes environment and throughout the CI/CD pipeline.
• Designing, deploying, and managing Kubernetes clusters to ensure high availability and disaster recovery.
• Optimizing resource utilization and cost efficiency through effective cluster and container orchestration.
• Collaborating with development teams to facilitate a DevOps culture and improve the software development lifecycle.
• Creating and maintaining documentation for system architecture, configurations, processes, and service records.
• Conducting system troubleshooting and problem-solving across platform and application domains

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Container Orchestration for Kubernetes or Openshift
• Skilled in CI/CD and Automation lifecycle of software delivery, pipelines, and integrating various development, testing, and deployment tools.
• Familiarity with Configuration Management tools like Ansible, Puppet or Chef
• Experience working with Microservices/ RESTful API architecture
• Solid experience in writing Docker files and Helm charts
• Proficiency in scripting languages: Such as Bash, Python, or Golang.
• Previous experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana etc.
• Experience in configuring and managing databases like MongoDB

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience);
• 2+ years of experience working in DevOps role
• Organizational and time management skills;
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills;
• Effective communication and collaboration skills;
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment;
• English language Professional Working proficiency.
