YOUR PROFILE

• Extensive professional experience in CRM software
• Microsoft Dynamics certificate(s) are a plus
• Relational databases knowledge
• Driven to apply software development best practices
• Proven ability to effectively develop others through setting goals, building development plans, and active performance management
• Must be detail oriented, reliable and able to work both in a team environment and alone with minimal direction and supervision
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Highly responsible
• Experience in agile software development (specifically Scrum)
• Good written and spoken English language skills
• German is a plus
