Front-end Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive, user-centric web applications.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and the legal AI team to deliver intuitive and polished user experiences.
• Translate UI/UX designs and product requirements into high-quality, maintainable front-end code.
• Optimize application performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Ensure high code quality through code reviews, testing, and continuous integration practices.
• Integrate and maintain modern front-end frameworks and libraries, including JavaScript, jQuery, and others as needed.
• Work with backend teams to integrate APIs and ensure seamless data flow.
• Maintain and enhance existing front-end codebases while contributing to architectural improvements.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience in front-end development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (Vanilla and jQuery), HTML, CSS, and modern front-end practices.
• Experience working with front-end frameworks or libraries (e.g. React, Angular).
• Solid understanding of responsive design, browser compatibility, and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and front-end integration patterns.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Computer Science Degree – FON preferable.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Bonus: Prior experience in Fintech or LegalTech.
