Job Overview

Wargaming is looking for a Full Stack Web Developer in our brand-new Belgrade office. Wargaming Belgrade is a game development studio in Serbia and a key member of the Wargaming global network. Our studio is home to talented and dedicated teams of game developers, artists, and designers, one of them being World of Warships team, who are passionate about creating the best gaming experiences for our players.

You will work closely with a Senior Web Developer within the publishing. The Web team is responsible for the development of the Game Portal, various core, and meta-mechanics services, and other game-related web projects.

World of Warships: Legends is the best naval game around, letting you take the command of legendary warships from the period of the 20th century as you battle your way with other players.

What will you do?

• Support and improvements for Web Portal
• Web events development support (architecture, development, API integrations, QA, releases)
• Support in development of web related tools for development
• You will be involved in web integrations
• Emails templates changes
• Work on tasks management
• Work with publishing team requests
• Work closely with QA engineers, developers and communicate with other teams and departments

What are we looking for?

• 3+ years of experience in Web development
• 3+ years of programming experience in Python
• 3+ years in PHP development
• Basic experience in Frontend development and template engines
• Knowledge of Vue.js and TypeScript
• English upper-intermediate or higher
• Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a complex and dynamic environment

What additional skills will help you stand out?

• Gaming experience or interest in computer games
• Russian language at advanced level
