We are looking for: GitHub Engineer

We’re looking for a GitHub Engineer to be the architect of our development ecosystem. You won’t just manage permissions; you’ll design the workflows, security policies, and automation that empower our engineers to ship faster and safer. If you live for clean Organization structures and seamless SSO integrations, we want to talk.

Responsibilities

• Assisting on development in Infrastructure as a Code, ensuring its resilience and focus on performance
• Assisting on automation of operational tasks (develop scripts and tools that streamline processes, reduce manual intervention, and enhance system performance)
• Installation, configuration and maintenance of GitHub application solutions on Linux and Windows environment via automated manner through dedicated tools
• Installation, configuration and maintenance of GitHub Runners application solutions on Linux and Windows environment via automated manner through dedicated tools
• Monitoring of Infrastructure and Application servers and setting up the thresholds and alerts
• Quickly resolve issues and minimize impact on end-user productivity and overall organization in collaboration with stakeholders
• Maintaining detailed documentation of system configuration, procedures and incidents for future references
• Monitoring infrastructure and application with cybersecurity tools, checking the alerts and logs and acting accordingly
• Administration of GitHub applications and repositories
• Assisting developers on Automation

About you

• Experience of GitHub (installation, configuration, administration and monitoring of applications)
• Good knowledge of RHEL (installation, configuration, administration and monitoring of applications)
• Focus on Windows and Linux for GitHub Runners
• Security & Compliance of the GitHub
• Knowledge of Cloud environments
• Knowledge of Dockers
• Willingness to learn new things, investigate unknown problems and improve existing implementation
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage projects according to schedule
• Good command of written and spoken English

It would be a plus to have

• Scripting language knowledge (Bash, Python, PowerShell)
• Knowledge of Ansible
• Knowledge of at least one IaC tool (Terraform, CloudFormation)
• GitHub certification
