Group Lead Software
ZF is an innovation-driven company that develops volume production-ready products based on its own research and development efforts and thus invests in the future in a targeted way. We are currently expanding our R&D teams in Serbia and looking for a new colleagues who will join our team at our new location Novi Sad.
Your tasks:
- Disciplinary and technical leadership for software development teams
- Strategic and operational workforce planning to ensure future growth in software development including HC plannings, global location footprint and competence growths in BCC
- Cross-assignments and resource planning
- Budget responsible for the software development in the BCC location
- Investment planning for the BCC location
- Ensure project targets in timing, costs, and product quality
- Escalation level for all software development topics
- Close cooperation and steady alignment with the parallel development team in Germany
- Reporting line: direct report to the global head of development software
Your profile:
- University degree in Engineering or Computer Science
- Proven technical expertise in embedded software development for automotive applications
- Several years of professional experience in development and project management in large projects, global strategic planning within automotive industry
- Several years of executive leadership in an international environment
