We are looking for a Head of Credit Solutions Customer Support and Services who wants to be part of Tietoevry Banking. Tietoevry Banking delivers scalable and modular Banking as a Service and leading software built by unmatched industry expertise, accelerating the digital transformation of financial institutions.
Responsibilities:
- You will manage a distributed department consisting of 1st line, 2nd line, and today 3rd application support supported by 2-3 team leaders, in total approximately 30 FTE’s.
- You will be part of the Operations management team reporting to Head of Operations
- You are responsible for ensuring long-term positive development by implementing efficient processes and routines within the organization that secures quality in our deliveries to our customers.
- You are unconditionally responsible for managing the business according to the management group’s guidelines and instructions while achieving the main goal of the Credit business unit.
- You are utmost responsible for driving through changes, improvements and measures required to develop the department.
- You are expected to, through your leadership, create conditions for a strong operating culture with positive attitudes, values, goals, and behaviors.
- You are expected to, through your leadership, maintain and provide the best conditions for the business to continue being an attractive workplace and to continue reaching common business goals.
The position does not involve extensive travel, but you manage a distributed organization, so some travel activities are expected.
Who we are looking for:
- You have experience of having full leadership in management positions leading a distributed department or similar.
- You have experience leading through team leaders.
- You have a degree in Engineering, Economics, or other relevant degrees.
- You have experience of driving and being responsible for customer relations and participating in sales activities, especially pricing activities.
- You have experience from working with IT industry frameworks like ITIL and process ownership of critical processes like incident, problem and change management and others.
- You have good communicative properties, fluent language skills in Swedish or Serbian and English.
We also believe you have:
- Experience from working within the financial services industry and knowledge of associated regulatory requirements.
- Being part of a management team and contribute to the overall objectives of the Operations unit, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources to accomplish credit business unit’s goals.
- Good understanding of Tech and the consulting industry.
