We are looking for a responsible and organized person for the position of Hosting Service Administrator. In this role, you will be a key link between our company and our clients, providing support for financial matters and some technical issues. Key Responsibilities:
Financial Tasks:
- Invoicing for specific and key services.
- Control and creation of invoices and pro forma invoices
- Reconciliation of financial status for clients (monitoring statements and payments).
- Sending reminders to debtors and tracking suspensions.
- Reconciling statements.
- Preparing analyses and reports.
- Controlling the input and calculation of actions and discounts.
- Coordinating financial documents via email and communicating with clients (phone and ticketing)
Technical Support:
- Processing orders for new users (cloud, cPanel shared hosting, etc.).
- Domain registration, changes to name servers, and updates of domain WHOIS information.
- Domain transfers (in and out), monitoring expiration of existing domains, domain renewal, and resolving issues related to non-renewal.
- Creating new hosting accounts and modifying existing hosting plans (changing passwords, email addresses, etc.).
- Changing hosting plans (upgrade/downgrade).
- Assisting with migration from one hosting system to another.
- Freeing up space on servers from long-suspended services.
- Identifying issues and forwarding them to the relevant departments.
Job requirements:
- High school education, preferably with experience in finance or IT support.
- Good knowledge of computer systems and basic accounting.
- Experience in customer communication (phone, email, ticketing system).
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and as part of a team.
