IT Coordinator

YOUR TASKS
- Acting as the point of contact related to IT inquiries for the Belgrade Service Centre
- Equipment warranty administration and repair coordination
- Administration of system access and software licences
- Equipment preparation and issuing for all new hires in the company
- Responsible for setting up and relocating workstations in the company
- Troubleshooting and smaller hardware and software repairs
- Responsible for equipment tracking, issuing, and discharging, as well as coordinating with all functional departments in Belgrade
- In charge of equipment purchases and international delivery coordination
- Inventory administration including quarterly inventory count and reporting
- Managing building access permissions
- Additional IT related tasks

REQUIREMENTS
- High school degree or higher (IT related fields preferrable)
- Competency relevant experience in similar role 1-3 years
- You feel comfortable communicating in English. German would be an advantage
- IT administrative knowledge of the following:
- Client Administration
- Windows 10
- Office 365 (including Teams, Sharepoint Online and other services)
- Network Engineering (Cisco, Ubiquiti)
- Personal characteristics:

- Good reporting skills
- Innovative and full of ideas
- Enjoys process optimisation and automatisation
- Has interest in new technologies and computer equipment
